The house features an open plan kitchen and lounge area has all the mod cons for the chef in all of us and is ideal for sharing meals and time with family and friends.

It is ideally situated to get the most out of your ski holiday and can be used as a great base if you have a car (1 free parking space provided) and want to discover the surrounding mountains or just enjoy the epic skiing in Niseko.

The house is perfect for skiers and snowboarders wishing to experience all of what Niseko has to offer. For the experienced snow enthusiast, you will have the fastest access to the steepest fall line in Niseko Gate 11, and easy access to the side and back country as well as some nice groomed trails.

The less experienced riders and families will love the ease of access for beginner sking at Niseko Village Hilton as it has some of the best beginners ski areas in all of Niseko with a great team of instructors to get you and keep you on your feet while you learn to ski. As well as that it has a great kids club all of this located one a few minutes drive from the house.

No Car, no problem! As the house is located with the Higashiyama Pension Village bus stop at your front door. The bus gives you access to all of the Niseko United ski areas and villages and is free with an all mountain lift pass. 

Only 10 minutes from Hirafu on the bus will have you can soon be in the hussle, bustle and excitement of the tourist hub where you can experience many bars, restaurant and shops.

Niseko Village, where the house is located has a few restaurants and a bar with in walking distance from the house. You will also have access to Niseko town, a more local authentic part of the area with great Japanese restaurants many of which offer a free pick up service, allowing you to experience the real Niseko away from the main hub of Hirafu.

The property is fully self-contained holiday house, we do not provide housekeeping services during your stay and you are responsible for taking out your trash and keeping the house clean, we will service the house once every 7 days. If you need help and assistance during your stay you can contact the manager in Freeride Lodge which is only a few steps away.

We provide a small welcome pack which will have tea, coffee, milk and a snack pack just in case you arrive late to the house. The house is self catering and self check in. We will provide you details of the lock box for the key a day or two before you are due to arrive.
